Cold Islanders presents a workshop, film screening, and reception celebrating Caribbean-led third spaces in Newham.
As part of Newham Heritage Month, celebrating 60 years of the borough we have been interviewing Caribbean people who currently or previously ran third spaces that offered us a space of refuge, entertainment and community. In honour of these spaces we are having a celebratory day exploring community spaces through a workshop, screening and opportunity to archive ourselves in this space through photography.
